Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
When you purchase goods or services from Beezyby.com, you are entitled to automatic guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
The ACL ensures that:
- Goods must match their description, be safe, durable, and free from faults, and function as intended.
- Services must be delivered with acceptable care, skill, and technical expertise, providing the agreed-upon results.
These rights, known as Consumer Guarantees, mean you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service does not meet acceptable standards or has a major fault. Additionally, you may claim compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.
Consumer Guarantees apply for a reasonable amount of time, depending on the product’s type, cost, and expected longevity.
Change of Mind Returns
Beezyby.com offers a 14-day Change of Mind Return Policy for selected items.
Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Change of Mind Returns do not apply to:
- Products marked as non-returnable.
- Items purchased for commercial or resale purposes.
Consumer Guarantees do not cover Change of Mind returns. Please review the Warranty & Returns section on the product listing to confirm eligibility.
Manufacturer Support for Faulty Products
If you experience an issue with a product under a manufacturer’s warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly for a quicker resolution. Many manufacturers have dedicated support centers with expertise and access to spare parts.
Alternatively, Beezyby.com’s team is available to assist with any product issues and can facilitate warranty claims or other remedies.
