BeezyBy Return and Change Policy

General Return Policy

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
    • Health, hygiene, and personal care products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics) unless faulty.
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food or floral items).
  3. Refund Options:
    • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as BeezyBy Store Credit, excluding shipping charges.
    • Refunds to the original payment method are available for faulty or incorrect items.

Change of Mind Policy

  1. BeezyBy offers a Change of Mind Return on selected products. Eligible items will be indicated on their respective product pages.
  2. Customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding delivery charges).
  3. Items must meet the general return conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  1. If your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery:
    • Notify us within 3 days of receipt by contacting our support team.
    • Provide a description of the issue along with photos or videos of the damage or fault.
  2. Resolution Process:
    • We will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue without requiring a return.
    • If a return is necessary, we will provide prepaid return shipping labels or arrange a replacement.
    • Larger items may qualify for an on-site assessment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your BeezyBy account and visit the Order History section.
  2. Select the product you wish to return or exchange and click Start a Return.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return request.
  4. For damaged or faulty items, our customer care team will respond within 48 hours with further guidance.

Marketplace Sellers

  • For items sold by third-party sellers on BeezyBy, returns are subject to the seller’s policies, clearly stated on the product page.
  • If you’re unsatisfied with a third-party seller’s resolution, you can escalate your claim to BeezyBy’s support team for assistance.

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
