Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy on selected products. This policy allows you to return eligible items and receive store credit equivalent to the product’s value (excluding delivery charges) to use toward a new purchase.

Eligibility for Change of Mind Returns
To check if a product is eligible for a change-of-mind return, please refer to the Warranty & Returns section on the product listing page. Products not eligible for change-of-mind returns include:

  • Products marked as non-returnable due to size, health, or safety concerns
  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, or perishable goods
  • Large or bulky furniture and appliances
  • Digital products or software downloads
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Return Conditions
For change-of-mind returns, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items such as clothing and footwear must be unworn and unwashed.

How to Return a Product
To return a product under our Guarantee or Change of Mind policy:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
  4. Our Customer Care team will provide instructions for the return process.

For Marketplace Products
If the product was purchased from a marketplace seller, contact the seller through your account. If the issue remains unresolved after 3 working days, you may escalate the case to our Customer Support team for assistance.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty or damaged on delivery:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, including photographic or video evidence of the issue.
  • Our team will review the claim, troubleshoot where possible, and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
  • For large items, on-site assessments may be arranged.
